About

DriveX Hackathon 2025 is a 3-day event (10-12 September) focused on building AI-powered solutions for the mobility ecosystem. Participants will collaborate across teams to design intelligent systems that revolutionize pricing, automation, and vehicle assessment.

Challenge Tracks

AI-Powered Pricing Engine – Suggest dynamic procurement & sales prices using market data, trends, and condition analysis.
AI Agents for Business Automation – Automate workflows like sales follow-ups, procurement scheduling, and vendor negotiations.
AI-Based Vehicle Quality Assessment – Detect damages and evaluate vehicle condition using images, video, and audio.

Evaluation Criteria

Innovation (20%) – Creativity & novel AI use cases.
Business Impact (25%) – Relevance & measurable value for DriveX.
Accuracy / Effectiveness (25%) – Reliability of the solution.
Usability & Demo (20%) – Simplicity, UI/UX, and presentation.
Scalability (10%) – Potential to expand across geographies & use cases.

Team Composition

Teams must include members from all 3 departments: Consumer App, Internal App, CIA Infra.
Each team must have at least 1 PM/Designer.
Max 2 backend developers allowed per team.
Team size: Minimum 3, Maximum 5.
